They can help with training materials and on-site visits early on. Try to anticipate the growing pains resulting from the changes in process. It’s probably impossible to get them all. A thorough review of your current policies and practices, and how they would migrate to the new system, can help you prepare introducto- ry materials, education and trouble- shooting issues when they eventually occur.
