equated with manners and courtesy and that is how we should all view the new lifestyle behaviors. Having new manners and being courteous of others should be adopt- ed as part of a safe and healthy community. If the correct approach focuses on courtesy and manners and not restrictions, the board can be suc- cessful in leading communities through these new times. Rules and guidelines should not be established in a punitive manner, but rather in the positive manner of courtesy and safety for all residents. Often people think of rules as being restrictive, but rather rules allow us all to freely enjoy the health and safety of our neighborhoods and communities. Stay safe and enjoy the summer!!! n
