dent he offered that, if I ever needed anything, do not hesitate to reach out and connect. This really touched home for me. He was the first to extend his support, and I am very grateful. The basis of my overall concept this year is developing mentors in the industry who have experienced a lot, and we should be tapping into them. These are things you cannot teach in a textbook. When Ed was President of CAI-NJ he was around my age, so I can relate to him and how I am sure he used his resources when leading this great chapter at a young age. Ed, thank you for your kind words and willingness to always help! I look forward to working with you this year. n
