CAI-NJ is one of two chapters in the country to be of fering this CAI on- line course in person. This class will give Business Partners practical information and advice on working with community associations. Individuals who complete the class and pass a voluntary exam online, will earn the CAI Educated Business Partner Distinction. By successfully completing this course and receiving this distinction, you will be able to demonstrate insight regarding community association living while working with boards and managers.

Cancellations must be made by March 7th, 2022 for a refund to be provided, swaps can be made at any time . *The CAI-NJ Board of Directors has adopted the policy requiring all attendees of CAI-NJ sanctioned meetings, programs and events to be fully vaccinated. Current CDC guidelines considers fully vaccinated as two (2) doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one (1) dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine two weeks prior to attendance. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination with your vaccination card or through the Docket App, along with a photo ID. This policy will be re-evaluated on monthly basis by the CAI-NJ Board of Directors. Please refer to CDC guidelines for updates.
