CHAPTER TRENDS FirstService Residential, AAMC Welcomes Cottage Gate at Navesink to New Jersey Management Portfolio EATONTOWN, NJ (Nov. 27, 2018) – FirstService Residential, AAMC recently contracted to provide property management services to Cottage Gate at Navesink. The development, comprised of single family homes, is located in the Atlantic Highlands section of Middletown, New Jersey. “Our team is honored to serve as the management partner for this boutique community,” said Ted Gammon, executive director, FirstService Residential, AAMC. “Every detail of Cottage Gate has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs of its residents.
