and mentorship. They are planning multiple events this year, the first being another great SHE Connects Podcast Discussion on Wednesday, February 17th. Then, from March 8th to 12th, they will host their 2021 Act Like a Lady | Think Like a Boss Retreat. Which will be a series of virtual events celebrating International Women’s Week that will include both networking and education. Details for these events can be found on our website and the registration form for the March Retreat can be found on page 51. Lastly, I must recognize the CAI-NJ Team. The ladies that guide and sup- port our volunteers to accomplish the goals set forth by the chapter, Jaclyn Oskierko, Brooke Stoppiello-Nevins, Robin Surgent, Jennifer Farrell and Erika Abahazy.

Attention All CAI-NJ Webinar Attendees: Please remember to keep your webinar completion certificates in a safe place. These certificates are distributed after each CAI-NJ webinar. This is proof that you attended and completed the webinar. You may need to reference the certificate in the future and CAI-NJ does not keep track of each member’s attendance record. Community managers will definitely need the certificates to obtain credit for continuing education towards their designations. The whole is so much more than the sum of its parts. On behalf of the staff and the chapter members, I would like to extend my gratitude to all our vol- unteers and sponsors. I recognize and value your commitment and without it the chapter would not be where it is today. n
