Homeowner lead- ers stepped up and learned Zoom and other virtual platforms. It was cumbersome at first. And who knew the resident attendance would triple if you invited them to virtual meeting? And you could actually hold an elec- tion with all the new DCA regulations

that were put in place while we were social distancing and in quarantine. Now it seems like virtual meetings are routine and will be part of the land- scape going forward. And speaking of going forward, that’s what we do because we have to. There have always been challeng- es for us to face, whether with family, work or our health. We tackle those challenges head on because we have no other choice; failure is not an option. We adapt to our situation and find solutions to problems. And, we hope for better days ahead. So, here’s to better days in 2021! Although, despite our challenges, I think we all did pretty well in 2020. n
