essential workers in their communities. We saw neighbors setting up in their driveways to have socially distanced social time to help pass the time and stay connected. Many business partners knew the importance of keeping CAI-NJ members informed and educated. Although I missed going to in per- son seminars and networking events, with the power of the internet, many managers were able to keep their designations by virtually attending and earning education credits. We even got to attend a virtual happy hour or two. All the while, we knew that asso- ciation business would have to con- tinue. Decisions still had to be made and contracts had to be renewed.
