John Reichart Joins FirstService Residential’s Leadership Team

FirstService Residential named John Reichart, CMCA, regional director in its high-rise division. An accom- plished real estate executive, Reichart will oversee the company’s portfolio of managed high-rise communities on New Jersey’s Gold Coast.

Reichart will be responsible for the oversight and direction of high- rise communities in the market, including planning and development of initiatives to align with company policies, culture and best practices, and he will be working closely with the board members in the com- munities we serve. Reichart has over 19 years of real estate and community association experience. He spent 14 years at SILVERMAN , a real estate firm in Jersey City, New Jersey. n
