WHEN IT COMES TO HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION GOVERNANCE ...

Homeowners are a part of the team and many times need to be encouraged to participate as such. Their needs and the needs of the com- munity as a whole is why there are Homeowner Leaders and Community Management. The homeowner’s con- tribution to the team is to follow the rules and regulations of the com- munity, to treat their boards and management with respect, to pay their dues on time and to participate in the elections of new board mem- bers. A great document to read and adopt for your community is the Rights and Responsibilities for Better Communities. This can be found on the CAI-NJ website. “Everything is better when we stick together, Side by side, you and I gonna win forever, let’s party forever, We’re the same, I’m like you, and you’re like me, We’re all working in harmony!” Check out this month’s edition to learn about Emergency Preparedness/ Risk Management and I hope to see you all at the Beach Party on August 10th!
