August 3 — The Ultimate Night Out, Jersey Shore Blue Claws Stadium, Lakewood, networking event at the ball game hosted by our Ultimate Partners. August 10 — Coffee & Cram, at the CAI-NJ Headquarters in Freehold, preparation and instruction for community association managers planning to take the CMCA exam. August 22 & 23 — The Board Leadership Development Program, at the CAI-NJ Headquarters in Freehold, learn how to be an even more effective board member. September 14 — Annual Beach Party, at Martell’s Tiki Bar in Point Pleasant, our largest networking event of the year. September 29 — F.A.S.T. Kickball Tournament at Mercer County Park in Princeton Junction, a day of fun kickball with all proceeds benefitting Make-A-Wish New Jersey.
