Our communities, offices and staff are often moving at a very different pace when addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion. We can find ourselves trying to“do the right thing” to advance DEI responsibly and sometimes we get overwhelmed then do nothing at all. There is a learning curve in the journey towards positive outcomes. There is also a mindset that can help us in our everyday execution. Let’s slow down and explore what supports positive outcomes and effective mindsets for implementing DEI effectively everywhere.

In this session we will: • Inspire your DEI journey as a leader and a learner

• Deliver empowering tips to create change no matter your positional power • Explore a vision for how DEI can improve your work in the coming years • Provide promising practices for a mindset that will support long term success
