Lastly, a board member suggested I secure the NYU Real Estate Certification. So, maximiz ing industry and formal education opportunities is the advice I would have offered myself. Today, I practice what I preach by supporting my staff with CAI certifications, maintaining our company’s CAI - AAMC credentials, and I now teach the first ever property management course at Rutgers.
