NJ-LAC supports a bill that grants this authority to a board established for the specific purpose of manager licensing oversight. Additionally, NJ-LAC would support a bill that places less financial burden on individual community managers. NJ-LAC will continue to monitor both bills and report back to its member on any key developments. n
