oped a broad base of knowledge regarding management of the various community association structures. Management of the transition process from developer control has been an area where all of these skills are critical to representing the unit owner’s rights. Paul has developed a unique ability in guiding associations through the myriad of administrative, physical and financial require ments during transition from developer and beyond. He has applied all of these skills in attaining the certification of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Association Institute. Paul is a past President of CAI-NJ. I was fortunate enough to spend 8 years working with Paul at Taylor. I was a young kid, who he took a chance on at an early age. He saw something in me, things I didn’t even see in myself, and pushed me to do more. He pushed me to not only be a better manager, but a better person. Over the 8 years Paul slowly shift from my boss to a friend. Leaving Taylor was one of the hardest decisions of my career to date, but Paul supported me through the process. On my final day at Taylor, he told me how sad of course he was to see me leave, but he also told me how proud
