plans the event, secures the event sponsorships, and solicits attendance. • Homeowner Leader Committee – This committee, com prised solely of Homeowner Leader (HL) members, cre ates programs and benefits, specifically for those living in common interest communities. They provide a forum for HL members to come together and share their ideas. • Manager Committee – The focus of this committee, comprised solely of Community Association Manager members, is to promote professionalism of community association managers within the industry through timely education, sharing of best practices and certification. • Membership Committee – The Membership commit tee promotes chapter membership through community outreach and retention, while enhancing the current membership and incentive programs. • Women’s Leadership Committee – This committee creates and executes the Annual Conquer + Connect Retreat, as well as provide education and resources to mentor, support and empower women aspiring to grow within or enter the industry.
