THE PCAM DESIGNATION PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) is a designation awarded to managers who have successfully completed four PMDP courses, attended a specific level of work experience and have participated in professional development activities. Managers must also be directly involved in the daily operations of Community Associations and complete the PCAM Case Study Course to be awarded the designation. THE LSM DESIGNATION

The LSM (Large-Scale Manager) designation gives managers the opportunity to specialize within the profession after obtaining the PCAM designation. For the purposes of this credential, a large-scale community is defined as a single, contiguous community association that has: 1) an on-site, full time manager; 2) a minimum of 1,000 units or at least 1,000 acres; and 3) a minimum annual operating budget of $2 million. This list in provided by CAI National and is valid as of December 31, 2015. The New Jersey Chapter is proud to acknowledge our Manager Members who have earned the LSM designation!
